San Francisco, CA — August 12th, 2026 — Slope, a credit and risk infrastructure provider, today announced a new partnership with Fiserv, Inc. (NYSE: FI), a leading global provider of payments and financial technology solutions, to integrate flexible financing options into SnapPay®, Fiserv’s B2B payments platform, for eligible merchants where available.

With this integration, qualified business buyers using SnapPay may be able to select net terms or installment plans within the payment flow, subject to eligibility and applicable requirements. Merchants can continue to receive payment upfront, while their buyers gain additional payment flexibility to help manage cashflow.

“Enterprise and mid-market merchants shouldn’t have to choose between getting paid on time and offering buyers flexible terms,” said Lawrence Lin Murata, CEO and Co-founder of Slope. “By embedding Slope’s underwriting capabilities into SnapPay, we’re helping eligible Fiserv clients offer financing options within existing workflows.”

“At Fiserv, we are committed to empowering businesses with payment and receivables solutions that drive both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction,” said Jackson McIntosh, VP & GM, Enterprise Biller and Receivables Solutions at Fiserv. “By embedding Slope’s AI-powered embedded finance within SnapPay, we are giving eligible clients an integrated way to offer real-time, AI-powered credit decisions directly within their payment experiences, while helping them get paid faster and operate more efficiently.”

How it works

Through the integration, qualified business buyers using SnapPay can access the financing option in their payment gateway through a simple opt-in process. When activated, buyers paying via SnapPay will see financing options -- including net terms and installment plans -- alongside standard payment methods. Approvals are delivered in seconds based on real-time evaluation of business transaction and financial data, powered by Slope’s AI underwriting infrastructure.

For merchants, the solution helps to support payment flexibility and cash collection. Funds are paid upfront where applicable, while Slope and its bank partners manage repayment from the buyer over time. SnapPay’s ERP integration supports automatic transaction posting, helping to preserve existing reconciliation and reporting flows.
